The association young mothers on maternity leave by legal aid to protect them from discrimination oi their workplace during raising their 0-3/0-8 year old children. The association also helps mothers getting back to the labour market. Based on the association's membership a support group was established, which provides ongoing advice and mentoring for mothers and a training for disadvantaged mothers was organized.
