The aim of this project was to improve the appreciation of deaf sport, and to save the relics of the last 100 years of Hungarian deaf sport in order to present it to the deaf community as well as to the wider public. The virtual and real exhibitions, interactive community programs, the website, and the Facebook page all help the organizers to mobilize the deaf youngsters, as well as the elderly who will be more than glad to share their experience. As a result of these activities the deaf community will be stronger, and the sustainability of deaf sport in Hungary will also improve. This project will not only strengthen the deaf community but also be visible to the wider public which will help the integration of the deaf minority in society. Based on the results of the project, the organization would like to create a new methodology and share it with similar organizations to support them in starting new initiatives.
