The project’s aim is to prevent on- and off-line harassment and violence against women (inside the family). A training series was organized together with a foundation and two specialists, where 12 vulnerable groups of pupils from 5 institutions participated. The 3. training occasion was be held only for girls. Participants obtained information regarding their rights and possibilities. They also acquired strategies to enforce these rights. During these 4 hour meetings they learned assertive communication methods and tools of their personal and legal defense. They become prepared for real emergencies, or harassment with the help of situation and role plays. They can elaborate their own communication, defense and enforcement strategies under safe circumstances in a model situation. Thanks to the training the children will be able to react effectively on an offence against them. 2 social forums were also organized for social workers to analyze and disseminate project outcomes.
