The foundation mostly manages to represent and reach out the most privileged LGBTQ individuals while the voices of those who are affected by multiple social inequalities remain unheard. Thus, the aim of the project was to explore the particular experiences of those LGBTQ individuals who are affected by multiple inequalities - are Roma, disabled or migrant - through 60-80 interviews. After the interviews the foundation selected 2-3 issues related to intersectionality, and organized project groups around each. They provide sources and tools to raise public awareness on the multi-dimensional nature of social inequalities, which contribute to solidarity between disadvantaged groups, help involve and mobilize people. As a result of the project, organizations learn the tools of community organizing and advocacy along the the principles of democracy, and the wider society learns about the problems of LGBTQ and other intersectionalities.
