The project’s goal is to roll back gender distinction in the youth organization (scout group), the local schools and community; to help young, disadvantaged families and single parents in fields of work, social integration and resumption; to work with the local civic organizations.
Target groups are members of our scout group (200 people), present and ex-students of 2 local schools, youth of the local community and the neighboring towns, young entrant women of the scout group and disadvantaged, single parents.
Tools of the project are: trainings, lifestyle courses, win-win programs, thematic youth drama camp, renovation of the home building of the program.
The training program worked out by the scout group, local schools and civil organizations can stand as a model for other rural youth organizations.
