Social marginalization is a great threat of migrant and refugee women in Hungary. One basic criteria of their integration is employment. Migrants need competency building, migrant friendly workplaces, and the knowledge of the professionals of this field has to be improved. Proejct activities were helping migrant women by job search consultancy, making an awareness raising campaign targeting employers, distributing knowledge and methods among professionals and bringing a self-helf group of migrant women alive. As a result, the living circumstances of 30 women and competency of 30 professionals and 50 organizations knowledge were improved. The project reached out to 500 employers and HR professionals. A community of 20 migrants was formed. A 10-page publication on the methods of employing migrant women is circulated and a 10 page efficiency study was made.
