The aim of the project was to make women working in the field gender and equal opportunities able to create new and innovative contents and communicate their results in a more conscious manner as well as getting more confidence, and in this way destroy stereotypes and disinterest and help their institution’s social embedding in local and global community by a competence development workshop. The workshop was followed by a media campaign, the process was filmed, and the film was to be presented in public (non-profit sector, professional associations, stakeholders) in Budapest and other four locations. The main target group is the representatives of organizations working with women and groups most affected by discrimination and exclusion, (e.g. Roma, migrants, and homeless people). All films and training materials will be available on DocuArt online cinema and other surfaces created during the project.
