15.1. Project title
- The beginning of a new era in the operation of pensioners’ clubs
15.2. Project goals and objectives
- The leaders of the clubs participate in such trainings on the basis of which they will be able to conduct a complete renewal of the club
- One of the directions of the changes is to enable others to apply the advanced and applicable initiations applied by certain clubs
- The other direction refers to such areas which have not been covered in the programmes of the pensioners’ club so far. Judicial reports. Electronic tenders. Electronic appearance of the club – enhancing resources. Pensioners in legal circumstances.
15.3. Target group
- THE STUDENTS OF THE TRAINING: The club leader, or the substitute club leader of Arrabona Pensioners’Association and further 4 club leaders of bigger cities of the county
- THE TUTORS OF THE TRAINING: Retired directors, who hold the presentations and control the practical workshops.
- STUDENT TEACHERS, They provide IT assistance while the pensioners work with computers
- INDIRECTLY: the clubs
