The aim of the program is to prepare young handicapped people finishing their school education for an independent life and work. The program takes place in a 2x7-day long camp on a farm in Szabadszállás. The professional organisation of the camp is supposed to be helped by our study trip where we visited our partner, as well as by some foreign material (good practices) which has been translated and adapted, also the training of the volunteer participants and the preparing of the families both mentally and professionally. We would like to talk about the results of the project on two open days and in a workshop held with the attendance of our partner. To achieve our goals we are going to use all the modern online applications, social networking sites as well as the facilities provided by the different institutes located near the participants' homes and the help offered by experts and the media. Hopefully, the results will contribute to the organisation of other similar projects carried out locally, where the MWSZT could provide help as a mentor and also we are planning to make the electronic publications presenting the project available on our website. Long-term by enforcing our partnership as well as by the mental and physical preparation of the participants and their family members, it will enable us to create a program which can ensure an appropriate accommodation and workplace in the future.
