1. Create support network to enable and strengthen cooperation and experience exchange between new Transition Communities, while realising concrete energy, local food and local economic developments; increase local cooperative skills; reduce poverty and communities' vulnerability to social, economic and environmental shock by promoting sustainable use of local resources. Partner(s) develop ability to play support role in creation of country-wide community self-help network; coordinate skilled support and trainer team; deliver community self-development know-how and skills to wide range of communities based on Transition and other self-organisation methods.
2. 5% community developers. 40% disadvantaged and / or Roma communities. 70% rural, 30% urban. 20% eco-community.
3. Developing Hungarian catalyst and transition community support network with Norwegian mentor's input; realising 15 local and 1 Trialog, cross sector study visit from Norway; delivering 3 Transition workshops, 2 Catalyst workshops, 15 hands-on realisation of target development in 15 communities (e.g.:community garden, briquette program, charity shop); continuous mentoring; creating 150 participant event with cross-sector participation; publishing Transition practical best practice e-Tool Kit;
5.increased awareness of communities' role in development and strengthening participatory democracy; demonstration of a set of functioning good practices, initiated and managed by the commnunities themselves.
