14.1. If I were them... and now I am!
14.2. The short term objective of the project is to increase the efficiency of democratic individual and group functioning in the collaboration of 5 NGO’s composed primarily of volunteers, by using the group-based method of social psychologically oriented sociodrama. Improving the efficiency of dialogue and collaboration, which is then analyzed through methodical impact assessment. We approach representatives of the print and electronic media to publish our project (methodology, effectiveness and findigs). Our long-term objective is make sure that sociodrama, as a group-based method developed for the treatment of social/societal problems and supported by several impact analyses, becomes widely known and used in Hungary primarily for the settlement of escalating conflicts in social dialogue and cooperation.
14.3. Direct: the group of collaborators of 5 NGO’s. Indirect: the membership of these NGO’s, and the general public reached by the media involved.
14.4. Arranging sociodrama groups for organizational development purposes, methodical impact assessment of such development, generating publicity for the project.
14.5. The key outcome of the project is measuring the impact of sociodrama as a method with the first two target groups, as it will be the first project in Hungary (and probably internationally as well) that specifically measures such impact.
